Legal Battle Erupts as Nina Agdal Sues Dillon Danis and Seeks Restraining Order Over Social Media Harassment

Nina Agdal, the fiancé of Logan Paul, has taken legal action against Dillon Danis, including filing a restraining order, in response to alleged relentless harassment on social media. The feud between Logan and Dillon reached its apex on October 14 during their boxing match. Dillon’s aggressive online behavior escalated after Paul announced his return to the ring on August 8, igniting a social media war.

Dillon publicly claimed to possess compromising photos and videos of Nina, threatening to release them, stating, “I wanna drop these nukes I have of Nina so bad it would literally break the internet.” This ongoing feud has persisted for over a month, marked by Dillon posting topless images of Nina on X (formerly Twitter), seemingly consensually taken. Furthermore, images of her previous partners were dredged up during this contentious period.

Allegations in the Lawsuit

Nina Agdal’s lawsuit alleges that Dillon’s actions caused her humiliation and emotional distress. She specifically pointed to an August 11 post by Dillon as a violation of federal and state laws. According to the Daily Mail, this post featured a sexually explicit photo from a “romantic encounter” that occurred over a decade ago. Nina claims that Dillon posted the photograph on his X (Twitter) account without her consent and later reposted it to maximize views. The lawsuit suggests that Dillon only removed the post when Misfits Boxing, the organizers of his fight with Paul, threatened to cancel the event.

Among the other posts that distressed Nina was an old video in which she discussed her “desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.” Nina contends that this video had been stored in her Snapchat archive, implying that Dillon either hacked her personal account or obtained the private video from an unauthorized source. The lawsuit underscores that Nina had self-recorded the video and had never shared it with anyone.

Nina is seeking unspecified damages, with a minimum of $150,000 per violation of federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images. She is also requesting that the court bar Dillon from disseminating any more inappropriate content featuring her.

Dillon Danis’ Response

Upon learning of the restraining order against him, Dillon Danis took to X to comment, “Nina Agdel has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop fu** the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”

Despite the legal action, Dillon continued to taunt Nina and use derogatory language in reference to her. In one post, he accused her of sending details to TMZ, casting aspersions on her character. In another post, he shared a photo of the pornographic actor Johnny Sins, humorously captioned “Nina lawyer.”
